I offer a wide range of services, with the aim of making things easier for coaches, course providers and professionals through operational support and automation.

Teaming up with other VAs allows me to cover a lot of ground, and the list I’ve shared below is just the tip of the iceberg. I am insured and any VAs working with me will also hold their own insurances. They also have different skill sets to me, so I benefit from their expertise in areas they specialise in.

Operational and technical support

Daily operations can be overwhelming, especially as your client base grows and your products or services grow or become more sophisticated.

I can assist with everything from the initial set-up of your course or systems, automation, and creating email lists and newsletters and contracts.

I can work directly with your coaching clients, as I find they often have questions about the tech-stacks you recommend as part of your course, and I can take the time to talk them through email automations, lead magnets and how to convert their own leads to clients.  This can be time-consuming, however, but it’s a great service you can incorporate into your own course sales details – in-house technical support. 

Much as I would like to say I am, I am not all-knowing, so when I can’t answer the question, I will find someone who can!ain skills in this area lay with WordPress, Kajabi, MailerLite, Adobe, Click Up, Zoom and many more.  I do love a good automation and being both a little lazy and on the lookout for a shortcut, I always look for the quickest, easiest way to repeat tasks and automate processes. 

Social Media and Design

If you need help with branding or creating a consistent social presence, I can help!  This also includes graphics, worksheets, interactive PDFs, newsletters and other visual aids. These can be delivered as SVGs (best for images as they won’t distort as you enlarge them), PNGs (smaller and great for websites) and print-ready PDFs.

I work with clients on managing their social group management, on Facebook, Slack and other media.  This can be dealing with enquiries, memberships, finances and comments.

I tend to use Canva, Adobe, Affinity for design and Postoplan, Tailwind and SmarterQueue for social scheduling.  I work with Flodesk, HubSpot and MailerLite on newsletters and email drip campaigns.  The tool I use depends on your preference, and what you want to deliver. It all depends on your business. 

General Administration and Support

I can help with general administration, support and help as well as more specialist tasks. Some of these may be handled by a fellow VA but this would only be with your approval beforehand. 

If you need assistance with bookkeeping, I am a level 2 bookkeeper with the relevant insurance and AML supervision by HMRC  in place, so I can offer this service.  I use Xero, QBO and other systems; think of me as your own Jiminy Cricket, chasing receipts, invoices and payments for you!
