We run an online training business with Facebook groups as well as an email help desk and other interactions. Kelly is the first line of response to our customers and we rely on her to make timely and appropriate responses. Our members are often not technically minded and can have issues with anything from not being able to log in to needing refunds and cancellations. Kelly manages it all in a timely and friendly manner - posting in the Facebook group and dealing with all the basic responses.
Kelly is good at knowing what to escalate and what to manage, and will flag issues which seem to be coming up regularly for further investigation. She is also pro-active in suggesting changes or new features for our customers. Kelly has been a hugely reliable resource, freeing the other two of us in the business to get on with creating the classes and managing the marketing, safe in the knowledge our customers are being well looked after.
